    We are pleased to announce that over the past several weeks we have completed many upgrades to improve our hosting service for all customers.

    Solid State Drive Upgrades
    We have upgraded additional servers to our new pure SSD backed storage. With more than 80% of our infrastructure now on SSDs, performance is blazing fast across the board. We are planning to upgrade remaining customers over the next month. We now have SSD based systems available across the United States as well as in Europe, with Asia-based SSD systems forthcoming.

    Control Panel Updates
    We have designed our own custom skin for our control panel (DirectAdmin) which is now deployed to all application hosting servers. Our goal is to have a modern, quick, and easy to use interface. We are continuing to make improvements, and would love to hear your feedback.

    Additional Staff – Around the Clock
    In addition, we have hired extra staff members to handle support tickets for all shifts enabling faster response times and quicker, more efficient resolutions for any issues you may have. We now have not only support technicians but also manager-level staff available 24x7x365, enabling your issue to be escalated appropriately if needed.

    Credit Card Payments
    We are now able to accept credit card payments via Stripe as an addition to our pre-existing payment method of PayPal. You may now opt to use a credit card as your payment method within our billing portal, and enter securely enter your credit card details. Automatic payment for every billing cycle is also possible.

    Website Revamp and New Plans
    Last but not least, we have revamped our entire company website and launched new service plans. Some of you may notice we no longer offer our smaller $9.95 plan (DX). This will not affect any existing customers on this plan, and all existing customers will continue to be billed at the same rate. That being said, if you wish to upgrade to one of our new plans, simply send us an email and support team will be happy to assist with that.
